Volunteer with EQ Aid

At EqAid, we provide a unique opportunity for horse enthusiasts to make a meaningful impact in the equestrian community. By volunteering with us, you can be part of an organization that collects used or new horse equipment and redistributes it to centers in need. As a volunteer, you can sit at our reserved vendor spot on the vendor row at various horse shows. Your role will involve collecting equipment, sorting donations, and distributing tax deduction sheets to generous donors.

  • A volunteer will have the opportunity to gain community service hours because we are a registered 501 (c) 3 Non-Profit.

Volunteer Opportunities

FAQs

  • A volunteer must be 13 or over to volunteer by themselves. If they are under the age of 13, they will need a parental guardian to supervise them.

  • The average hours/times that volunteers can sign up for will most likely be from Friday-Sunday from around 10 am - 3 pm.

  • The responsibilities of volunteers include collecting donations, handing out tax deduction sheets to donors, and sorting te equipment by category.
